Cockerel/Pullet? 10 wk Ayam Cemani Sexing

Help I have 3 pure breed Ayam I need help sexing. I believe one is a cockerel but then I begin to doubt myself. I’ve included some photos.

The First two are the same bird. Not sure why it uploaded twice. I was guessing the first pic was a cockerel..just wanted a second opinion. I’m gonna try and take some better pics today and post them
