Cockerel Right? (Picture Comparison)

I compared their legs side by side. He/She has thicker legs than the other one.
Boys have thicker legs right?

With a comb that size at that age it's a rooster.

The he/she chick has tiny wattles while the other one doesn't yet. I'll be getting photos of them both to show.

Ace is the one on the right in all photos, he's bigger than her.
Sweet Pea is the one on the left.

I am not really seeing any difference in combs between the two. What confuses me is that his/her comb should be red by now unless he is a late developing cockerel. I would post again in a few weeks and see.

He's actually been showing cockerel behavior for the past couple days. I couldn't get a close up of his comb but the bottom part has a slight red-ish color that I only noticed yesterday. You cant really see it in any of the photos as the lighting is bad. I took them outside yesterday and that's when I noticed the slight red-ish color on the bottom of his comb. He also has wattles growing that the other one doesn't.
