Cockerels or pullets?

Thank you all for the replies. So frustrating. Do now I have 4 roos (counting the one I already had) and only 1 hen. Guess I gotta find homes for them
If you can contact the seller, it might be worthwhile. Just tell him or her that the birds sold to you by them as females all turned out to be cockerels, and perhaps they will let you trade for pullets or give you a refund. It is a long shot, but you never know until you try.

I'll try that. I might just want them to take them back. Nobody really wants roos, and I'm not up to the frustration of placing them. The funny thing is I just really wanted eggs, ugh

No wonder your pullet is hiding out in the nest box if you keep her with 4 adolescent males. You really need to keep her separate or they could kill her or at the very least make her life a total misery. Males reach sexual maturity before females and they will competitively mate a hen/pullet, even if she is not ready to lay, literally holding her down and taking turns to tread her. Please take her or them out of the pen/coop. She will be too stressed to lay eggs and may not be getting enough to eat and drink for fear of their attentions.

I'd call the breeder up and explain politely that they can either give you your money back and take their roos off your hands or they may find themselves have to dig these roos out of their Nether Regions. But that would be a last resort. I'd first let them know you were about to make them Facebook Famous for selling Roos as Pullets. I think they may be willing to do the right thing as opposed to losing all their business till people forget.
If it was an honest mistake, I'm sure the would be willing to do the right thing.

Update:
I had also posted a pic in a fb group I'm in. Just a "boys or girls" post, no details. The seller reached out to me on their own before I had a chance to contact them. They were super concerned with making it right. When I got them originally, they had 3 month and 5 month pullets in one pen. My theory is that they were 3 month cockerels, but looked like the 5 month girls. They seller made it right immediately and gave me 2 laying hens that I got to choose. They just didn't want the boys back. I would use them again, they were really decent and really concerned about making it right. It makes me happy that not everyone is out to get you, because i have had that experience. Thanks for all the comments and help guys.
