Cockrell or Pullet?

Looking for help. Light Sussex bought unsexed. They are 10 weeks old. The one marked A had a near death experience when it was a few weeks old and I'm not sure if that has affected it's size or maturity at all. any help is appreciated. Thankyou.

Combs say male, not sure if the male's have a different pattern than females or not though

Hi, I got them from an online hatchery. Greenfire farms, and chicken scratch poultry sell them. They are very friendly birds.
