Hey everyone I am having a bit of a problem. My hens have been laying for about 3 weeks now, but none of the eggs have been fertile because the male has not been breeding with the hens! Whats going on? What can I do to get him to breed? Anything? This is VERY frustrating!

SERIOUSLY THO! HOW OLD IS YOUR LAD?

Haha yea I wish they did make Viagra for pheasants!!
He was hatched over the summer so this is his first breeding season, but he's not breeding! Ugh!!!

A lot of times if he was a late hatch from the year prior it just takes a little time for him to catch on. Be patient he will get it figured out sooner or later. I'm going through the same thing with my crested Call Ducks now.I lost my breeder drake and have two young ones in there now.At first nothing was fertile then a few now about 70% are.Just took a little time for them to figure out what to do with it!!!!!!!!!!
