Just saw the craziest thing in quite sometime....sitting in the living room, gulping down coffee, looking at one of my bird pens, a flash goes by the window....when it came to a hover, trying to get some nectar from the frozen hummingbird vine, I saw what it was....a disoriented hummer....they should all be in Mexico by this time of year. Poor little guy is probably not going to make it through the night, if it doesn't head to Mexico immediately.
