I had a "Light Rye Sourdough" fermenting all night, so it's on it's final rise until 7pm tonight. Then it will bake for 40 minutes (+/-) at 450°.

Good morning! About to have my coffee and do some paperwork this morning. Not yesterday but the day before, I poured myself a cup of very hot tea and when I sat down some spilled onto my thigh. Boy did that hurt! Got a minor burn from it.
