Been hitting the 100's all week. I head outside at 6:30 a.m. to do some watering and come back inside drenched in sweat. Only 78 at that hour, but I'm more a 60's type person for comfort.
Dogs are busy holding down the tile floors. All the heat zaps the energy out of them.

Hi coffee clubbers! I’ve been having coffee outside with my chickens lately. I got 5 new pullets so I have them separated and am enjoying watching them be young and playful! They can see the old girls who they watch closely. The pullets are 5 months old so hopefully integration will happen soon. A couple of my sex links like to rush the fence, so I’m sure there will be squabbles !
