He will be guarding sheep. I raise Katahdin hair sheep. I have 2 other Livestock Guard Dogs, one is half Anatolian, the other is 3/4 Anatolian. They have been teaching him pack manners. He’s brilliant smart and is gonna be HUGE.
We had Katahdins when we first bought our farm. Lovely animals. Our Amish neighbor spotted us four bred eyes in exchange for us letting him graze his flock on our pasture. It would have worked out if he had been willing to agree to putting them on a worming schedule. He wasn't so we got out of the sheep business.

Morning or afternoon all. Still a pot of coffee around for late risers. Also some sweet tea which is what I'm enjoying now.

It's that wonderful time of the year here where you can almost 'smell' spring in the air but it's all a tease. At least all the snow melted from yesterday.
