Happy Anniversary! Holidays are generally poor days to eat at restaurants.
I don't go out to a restaurant for dinner on my birthday (Feb 12) because it's too close to Valentines. Lunch, maybe. Now that we're retired, we go on some weekday a few days before or after. That works well.

We got married the Friday before Memorial Day. You know who your friends are when you celebrate milestone anniversaries if they fall near holidays. Oh, you're having a 25th anniversary party? Yeah! We'll be there! Oh, it's on Memorial Day weekend? Sorry, we have plans. Again, we celebrated on a different weekend. Oh well.

Happy Friday Flock !(for some the start of a 4 day weekend....not I)but heading to MannLake Bees/Stromberg Chickens in PA for classes in beekeeping tomorrow, and maybe a class in chicken raising while I'm there, but going for the bee classes specifically.
Thanks for the Coffee

Morning all!

Okay, it's become a habit....third morning for real coffee and so far so good. In fact I'm LOVIN' IT!

I'm usually afraid to try things as if my digestive tract says 'you gotta be kidding' to me it means a few days of my stomach hurting and my guts making my life miserable. So I don't try new foods. The coffee....well let's just say I'm glad I tired it. I'm not overdoing it. Just a mug with one top off but I had almost forgotten how good 'real' coffee is.

Still there is decaf for those who want it, a fresh pot of the real deal and hot water for tea. Help yourselves one and all! Even a few bran muffins if you are feeling a bit peckish.

Coffee and tummy happiness often has to do with the strength of the brew and any addatives from the processing. So try a bunch of brands and roast levels.
Yes there is always decaf which I switch to after my 2nd cup of each day.
Thanks for sharing your brew with the flock today.
