Go for it! Right now, get up and do 20 minutes :D
Just finished. This one was more like 40 minutes of stretching. Wednesday it’s 40 minutes of aerobics, with weights and standing exercises. Friday is 17 minutes of standing exercises then 15 of seated exercises.

Hey Good morning Clubbers how ya all surviving ... Fresh pot here anyone ready for
a cup .. Loved the pick of the bird bath thank you Sarah..
Glad you liked it. It is horribly windy right now. The winds are gusting up to 60 mph. I saw a pair of Robins in the backyard earlier, but no visitors at the bird bath yet. How’s your day going?

@Wee Farmer Sarah it's windy and rainy here - more to come your way - sorry. Watched a tree come down and bounce off the cable wire without taking it out.
I heard a boom that sounded like a tree falling but I don’t see anything new down. Maybe it was from the one you saw. This storm is supposed to be over around 8 pm tonight. I decided not to bake regular bread @penny1960. I’m a little concerned about power outages. I did make brownies and plan on making cornbread later to go with dinner. I can make skillet cornbread in case the power goes out. It’s all good.

How do you make cornbread with no power...
....but you can't make regular bread?
I love corn bread!!
All you need is a cooking burner and a cast iron frying pan. I have an electric stove (eeks, it came with the house) however I do have a gas grill with a side burner and also a butane stove. Stir up your regular cornbread batter, I prefer buttermilk cornbread, then grease your cast iron skillet generously with butter, oil or bacon grease is the best. Your skillet should be warm and the "fire" set at a low heat. Pour in your batter and cover with a lid. It usually takes about 30 minutes depending on how deep your skillet is. This method comes in handy when your oven is full and you can't fit another pan in there. You can also make a tasty upside down cake like this as well. You can also do this over a campfire. You really need a proper oven to bake yeast breads such as loaves of Italian or sourdough.
