Problem is finding someone, and whether they will be reliable or not.
I can fall asleep in two minutes flat if i am tired. Hubby has timed me.
My son is like that too.My hubby goes to bed puts his head on the pillow and he's gone.
You need a good sleep routine, I do: no caffeine after 4 pm, shut off all electronics, so no screen time 1 hour before sleep, I read for about 30 minutes and then put on a sleep mask to make it pitch black, and then I fall asleep in a few minutes. Some say sniffing lavender oil before sleep really helps also. Its a good routine that seems to work well for me.My son is like that too.

I've read that during sleep is when the brain "washes" itself, and is therefore vital to brain maintenance.Me too! I read that people with trouble falling asleep have a higher chance of dementia than people who wake up and can’t go back to sleep. I have both so I wonder what that means?
