I hear ya. I saw the doctor last week. He said I may be 70 now but I'm physically more like 60 and he was happy with my progress.

He urged me to keep pushing myself to stay active. He didn't even yell at me when I told him I was trail riding on my dirt bike. He praised me for staying active and said as long as I didn't ride on the road I had his complete support.

Wow. Just. Wow.

So you are teaching ceramics now? How cool is that!!!

I used to teach ceramics to children at the Art League in Bradenton FL. Now i am teaching the class i usually attend. The lady who owns the place is just worn out, so she was seeking help with classes and loading the kiln.

When i lived in Delmar, NY, our neighbor across the street was Gil Lewis. He flew the Golden Bear, a hot air balloon like those. He was good friends with my Dad, and they even made wine together.

Good morning Club brought a pot to share.
Sun is out Richard took a spill in the chicken yard last night.
had dirty butt not as much pain so this is good.

Hope he is ok. I have been putting down gravel in slippery areas. I try to avoid the falls i tend to have.

Good morning! Got a cup of liquid happiness so all is good! Canned apple pie filling yesterday so I will have no excuse for not making pies this winter.

Hey good morning club! I slept hard really hard till 10.
Guess I was done in.
We have pavers as a walkway it was his left knee that tweaked.
it moved a paver.
I Brought more coffee!
