The stores like Lowe's and Home Depot usually carry a book on canning from Ball.

Yes Thank you but I hate reading things to learn , I have zero attention span, pretty close to a squirrel actually lol so I learn better with “ hey boil these peel them and put them in there “
Nothing to long or drawn out lol I’m making myself sound simple minded , which I am not lol but Add at its worst over here
I will probably grab some cans when I’m ready ( IF) and then watch YouTube videos lol but I admire the women that have just been doing it passed down and just know things .

Thanks @sourland and good morning to you. I'm planning on a trip out into the retail world on Thursday, so I guess I should sew a mask together. I got quite a bit accomplished yesterday morning, so much I needed a nap after lunch. LOL! I'm hoping to beat the big thunderstorm and get out and get some chores done before that. I'm just waiting for the frost to melt. What happened to Spring?

I was wondering that too although yesterday and today where I’m at , has been beautiful. We keep getting cold nights here and there though so I haven’t been able to start my garden
