Hot and NJ humid today. The next 4 days are supposed to be beautiful with low humidity.

Last night the pop-up thunder showers turned into all-night rain. My wall-mounted weather station said partly cloudy and breezy. Haha. Right now it is so humid out that just thinking elicits a sweat. At least I don't have to water today, which leaves time for an extra cup of coffee and some morning reading.

I do them in small pans personal loaf pans I have makes it nice size
