Glad that you had a great visit Sue.

It was a really nice night. Much to the Princess's chagrin everyone really liked my beard. I had great one on one time/talk with my three grand kids and the two SO. We took Maggie Mae along, and she was the hit of the party. Finally after a year time spent with that entire family. We've seen our son once in a year's time when he came here to transport his daughter (quarantining with us prior to returning to college), we saw our other grand daughter when she delivered her sister here - have not seen our DIL since Christmas 2019. His birthday is on 3/24 - maybe?

I'm so happy you had a great visits party with some of your family. Wouldn't it be nice if this virus would be gone finally. I hope you can find a way to see more of your family.

We haven't seen our daughter's family since Thanksgiving of 2019. They live in Virginia and don't want to travel sense they are a family of 5.

Good morning! I didn’t get up till 9 this morning so you’re not the only one sleeping in Penny My problem is dragging myself to bed at a reasonable hour. Last night I got distracted looking at reviews of coffee makers. So many brands I’ve never heard of! I better pick one soon though, this one is leaking intermittently.

I saw those online last night! It doesn’t surprise me a bit that you use one! When we moved into this old house there were some mysterious glass pieces in the basement that someone said were for making coffee, now I understand how that would work. I’ll have to look and see if it’s still there. I’m pretty feral though, I don’t think it would last long with me in the same room.

I saw those online last night! It doesn’t surprise me a bit that you use one! When we moved into this old house there were some mysterious glass pieces in the basement that someone said were for making coffee, now I understand how that would work. I’ll have to look and see if it’s still there. I’m pretty feral though, I don’t think it would last long with me in the same room.

The one I have is made of the good heat proof glass. I have broken the pot and had to get a replacement. I have been using this one for about 4 years now nearly every day.
