Good morning everyone , finally got up on time today. Coffee is ready for anyone else that's up

Looks like the vintage coffee maker on the Katherine Hepburn movie Woman of the Year. Neat.

We saw some very old versions of vacuum coffee makers when we went on a Seattle underground tour. They have bee around for a long time!

Morning Club woke at 9 so not daylight but coffee called me, got the dogs out..
Second cup now We are both up, BF let birds out I got us a cup to start ..

Looks like a connection to them .. While BF was doing the new faucet the basket got bumped so now it started leaking .. had to get a new plumbers putty his is older than me and new gaskets .. My newer tools are in wooohooo I use the kids short ones as I am short getting shorter

I foolishly entered TSC today, and looked at the chicks. I bought all the chicks in one brooder because they had pasty butt and I felt sorry for them. What's 19 chicks, more or less added to my population?

I have had three for my back over the years

Very loud.

I've had two rounds. I just close my eyes and listen. It sounds like a cross between construction and a Star Wars battle. Frame of mind: It can be either annoying or amusing.

after the metal screen wears out, you can use paper filters.

You will need the carafe that goes with it too.
