There are times I don't mind shopping, and times I'd rather not. I will say, since I retired and can go whenever I want to, it's gotten better. No more Saturday shopping for me!

I also spend less since I don't "stop after work to get one or two things." Much less impulse buying!

I've been up since 4, but that's because my tummy is not playing nice and I can't seem to get warm . Doctor visits went well yesterday, and I have a return visit in 3 months to see how I'm doing. She was impressed that I'm doing so much, just after post stroke.

I will be taking a nap later I'm sure
