They r just sitting around...I'm afraid it is IB
2 out of 4 are very weak walking.
Poop from 2 sickliest is back to normal.

I'm just really concerned.
I've worked soooooo hard trying to make this new area for them and now they all seem sick.

The best way to get help with your flock is to:

- pictures of the sick chickens
- pictures of their poop
- pictures of their coop
- an in depth explanation of their symptoms
- an in depth explanation of what treatment you have tried.

Try giving BYC a second chance by giving them more information than you had.

In this heat I would not let them have more than what they will be able to eat within 20 minutes. These soaked pellets start to ferment and mold very quick. Sometimes even after just one hour.

I stopped fermenting and just give wet feed. if I give too much, it sours and I have to throw it out- so I watch the amount I give each day.

Boy, it has been a tough year all around. I was hoping for a better year than last one. Maybe next year will be better.

Coffee is ready - looking at another hot, humid, rainy day. We actually had tornado warnings yesterday - we NEVER get tornado warnings.

Dreamed bout the chicks all night...didn't help that a toy of our grandbabies was stuck on the farm animals all night long either (moooo, cocka-doodle-doo, heehaw) LOLOL!

Got up checked on em all...they came out of run looking around, not as energetic as usual. Polish sounds better than he did yesterday crowing though!

I will try to get pics and update threads today or start new ones.

Son-in-law is definitely sick...102 fever so daughter n grandbabies will be here til in the clear.
