Allot depends on what you want to spend. I have 2 Janoel a 24 and 12 .. but they work for me cost and hatch rate. I bought them on Amazon

was out counting post, fence wire, enough to extend the run area 10x15 feet, coop is good, best guess would be good for 15 birds total.
