Morning everyone!

Hubby went to work at 11 pm last night for an overnight shift -- not his usual time. But this way, he can have the place to himself, and it's cooler. He got his stuff done in about 5 hours, came home, and is zonked out on the couch. He is such a hard worker. And his employer knows he's lucky to have him work there. Being appreciated makes a big difference.

So a late, slow morning here. I slept in too, and am going for my second cup of coffee now. Have a great day, everyone!

Yesterday I planted a Queen Palm.

It was for my husband's birthday.

Good morning everyone! It seems we now have wild rabbits. I was so smug with my deer proof garden fence, Mother Nature has brought me to my knees again! I found a half eaten cucumber a couple days ago, I guess I’m grateful the little stinker didn’t take bites out of all of them. Where are those nice coyotes when you need them?

Life got in the way. Mea culpa.

Things what happened:
Gardening
Easing of masking (so out and about more)
New dog
New dog medical issues
Garden destruction (thank you not, Mother Nature)
Garden cleanup

Still working on all of the above, so attendance may be sporadic.

DH made coffee this morning.

Hi Peep_Show Hope the med issues are minor. We cheated this year and just put the plants in pots on the deck so I can care for them easier.

Thanks I will have some! Just got done cleaning old dusty straw out of my chicken house. I decided to put some shavings in there for a change and now they’re all scared to go in!
