Hey there. Went to the local fair here scored with the tupper ware bought a new set of bowls like our old ones we had on bowl crack long time ago. So now have a set and half.
I am clear fluids till tomorrow morning I have outpatient colonoscopy

For anyone who has to do the prep for a colonoscopy... (sorry, Penny, I didn't see this thread in time)

I made lemon Jello Knox blocks. Plenty of protein with the extra gelatin in it, and I didn't have any blood sugar crashes, which happen if I don't get enough protein. The prep is bad enough!
