Good morning Coffee Club.
Coffee is one the stove. This isn't yer normal coffee though. This is coffee picked by one of the main house residents in Costa Rica. They brought me a packet back.
Bursts of bright sunshine here as some low gray clouds creep by. 14C at 0700 this morning.
Going to try to get new legs made for Tribe 3's coop today. The legs that are on it were only supposed to be temporary; that's a few years worth of temporary now mind.;)

Dobie I could sure use your talents. I literally destroyed a wall or two trying to remove old wallpaper. It sure needs a dry waller to make it look decent again.
PS actually the house needs to be flipped BADLY it's over 50 years old - no remodeling just replacing things that give up the ghost.

Well, DD, you're a bit of a drive for me to be of any use!

Do you put insulation in all the stud walls DL?

The room in the picture with the natural stone fireplace had drywall up with the holes left from the blown in insulation. When my parents bought the house in 1984, there was very dark paneling on those walls. Eventually my mom had my dad remove that and she had the worst wall paper put on the walls. But because the drywall was not properly primed before the paper went up, it can't be removed without just ripping the surface off the drywall. So I'm putting 3/8" over everything.

I replaced the insulation in the two rooms in the walk-out basement on the exterior walls. There are two walls in the room under the great room that have full thickness soil behind the foundation wall so there is little point in insulating them and they weren't studded out for it, just vapor barrier was applied.
