Sorry Penny, didn't see this post till right now. It's doing ok, still have some discomfort from time to time but I guess that's to be expected when you have titanium rods running from your hip to your ankle!

Morning Club wet here just wet will get rain all week they say scattered showers...
I have screws holding the acl in place the one they made of my hamstring,
solid as the day they did it have arthritis in both knees
Still clean chickens and the house of a given day..
