I do! I make enough for a day or two (I'm lazy and the flavor profile doesn't change much in two days), and decide right before I drink it if I want it hot or cold.

I find the flavor of the coldbrew superior to when I brew it hot. Even when I heat the coldbrew, I like it better than if I had just made it hot in the first place. It tastes less bitter/burnt, and more rich.
I usually serve heated coldbrew when I have family in town for breakfast- they always seem pleased and have more than one cup, but they could just be being polite, haha.

When making coffee add a little salt to the coffee before turning it on to take some of the bitterness out.

@Shadrach

Haven't seen you on for a while.

How are you doing?

How is your woodwork coming along?
Hello Ladies-Eight.
I'm getting by thank you. I'm on BYC most days but there is only so much time and so many threads.
The woodwork has been very busy. Have a look at the thread one day when you can. I tend to have 'spells' when I feel creative. It's been a bit on the warm side for any physical exertion here the past few days. To be honest, all I want to do is lie down until it cools off a bit.:hmm
I used to handle the heat better and it wasn't that many years ago either.:confused:
I hope all is well with you.
