No puppy we love was using all around my chair as his toilet

That sucks. What do you use to clean it up? My little dog doesn't like to go outside in inclement weather. He choose the back side of the dining room to do his business. Between the acid of his urine and the cleaners, the finish is stripped off the wood floor along the rug. The rug itself gets shampooed frequently, but I can still smell urine. I have tried lots of things, but still can smell the urine. Any suggestions?

Okay bought a Bissle little green machine off Amazon had one 18 or more years ago honestly could not stand to be at my chair yesterday cleaned my brains out hand of arthritis are screaming but hell it is done and smells not
