Good morning Sequel , I would never have thought about not eating what mom made. You ate what was put on your plate and didn't complain.

That is how we were raised too. I know, the starving children in China are grateful I cleaned my plate.

Okay Ma cooked liver till it was beyond edible I hated it
was quite old before I tried it again found it great cooked right .. Beef liver that is

I told my husband it was a testament to my love that I touched liver - beef or chicken. I guess it cooked up good, but I could not stand the texture of it to touch or eat.

Morning ya'll. Beautiful here today. I did go back to bed for a bit after feeding the chickens and dogs. I stayed up til 3AM reading. Now am ready to meet the day. Gonna finally repot those aloe vera offshoots. Need to get out and spend the day with my vegetable garden. I bought a bunch of plants and need to get them in the ground. May just bring my lunch (sandwich and tea) outside today to enjoy.

Good morning! It’s turned cold again, in the 40’s but I know I shouldn’t complain, relatives in Denver area have had back to back big snow. The chickens don’t seem to mind.
