White and red potato el dente .. 18 minutes boiling ..
Mayo, di john mustard, horseradish. dill pickle juice, oregeno and parsley, sweet relish. lots of pepper then the kitchen sink for good messure

Peas salad is easy Peas fresh or frozen, Celery cut in bite size ..3/4 lb of crisp bacon .. Finished with the dressing just love it but detest a plain mayo salad
Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar
4 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp parsley
1 tblsp sugar
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic
4 tblsp fresh black pepper
