Cup #2 of very strong coffee this morning,
the 2 White Orpingtons and 3 Red Leghorns made it fine through night #2.

or right out of the box , View attachment 2682579 They all were cold, I dont feel they were kept properly in heat by the USPS. I have never had this problem before.
Everyone got honey water with rooster booster electrolytes, she passed at 4am yesterday.View attachment 2682574

Yes, I am so sad the 2 didnt make it, I tried, I do feel #1 was under developed and got to cold and #2 had too gotten to cold and just couldnt recover.
I know these things happen and to answer grandpa as why did you order so many chicks,, Honey, because sometimes............ they dont make it @BY Bob

Yes, it is so sad, but a fact of life- some don’t make it through the mail- I call it transport shock.

Well darn it good morning was up at 8 Pugsly said he needed to go so up I am .. Got the weather report little bit cloudy suppose to be dry they are saying 70 maybe .. Need to cut toenails on Pugsly today..

Well darn it good morning was up at 8 Pugsly said he needed to go so up I am .. Got the weather report little bit cloudy suppose to be dry they are saying 70 maybe .. Need to cut toenails on Pugsly today..

It stayed cool here all day. I need to wash my 2 dogs and cut nails but I am waiting until Monday.
