Morning How are you today ?

Trying to get stuff done, and ignore the pain. Finally got the laundry started, bed made babies fed and watered. Still need to do dishes, empty the dishwasher and feed the chickens outside. No being lazy today.

Me either had to eat to take Tramadol dollar pancakes .. Son will do breakfast dishes he is 38 here to help Dad and I .. I will get out to chickens in a bit ..getting around 85 or so here but that is plane old heat humidity here is non starter about 28..

Allot of us are retired many because of cronic problems then @sourland is just realy old but has his Princess ..

Does anyone have special plans for today ?

Ran some dogs, went to PetSmart, once it cools off I'll work some more dogs, Chinese takeout, a nice shower, and I'll call it a day. Baseball tournament starts tomorrow.

Hubby's last day of vacation. By our plans, he has 1 year and 23 days until he retires.

Possibility of heavy storms moving in tonight/tomorrow morning. Heavy rain, high winds, possible hail and tornados. I guess I'll see what's happened come tomorrow morning.

I have been having a turmoil with my computer so had to take to the tech for consultation. It needed a new hard drive. I ended up with a new computer.

I' now trying to catch up on BYC.

And I am back,
I spent Fri. 11th, Mon. & Tues. cutting brush down with my hedge trimmer. Total cutting time about 8 hours. I still had my usual chores to do, I tried to work on brush 9 to noonish or 2.

AFTER -- I had 3 big brush piles when I was done
pile#1 - i had to drag branches up to the burn pit

I didnt do the burning until Thur. 7am


But, I had all except the rotted rounds left ay noon. When Grandpa came home he split them and finished them up closing down the pile.

So, I am very glad I got that done,
And on the baby chick front, they all but 2 slept on the roost last night
