The temp here is 82 and the humidity is 66 so the air is very thick which makes it hard to breathe.

Usually the temp is in the 90's with a very high humidity.

I am so sorry it is like that, I can sympathize, I am asthmatic.

I saw the warnings bas well and I think I read somewhere yesterday that it is banned in Tennessee

No it was passed into law a few years ago. The lady, Charity, that I gave the info for actually worked with TN government to get I passed.
I have discussed it with my doctor and he said as long as I'm not getting "gas station" kratom and I use a reputable, same then I should be fine.
But to each their own though. Once you have suffered 12 years in pain and been on hydrocodone, morphine and fentanyl for years then go through the withdrawals of it all...God-made plant is truly a blessing.
