I love cooling the house off with a fan blowing out upstairs and windows open downstairs. One of the benefits to living in the middle of nowhere.

A loaded gun by the bed is a good thing too. Gotta get another dog soon for another layer of security.

Good morning everyone! Another beautiful day! The grandkids will be here shortly, am I looking forward to this or dreading this? I told the 4 year old we would paint my weeding tool handles bright colors so I’m going to be held accountable for that. He wanted to on Tuesday but I told him I needed to get some sandpaper. He said there’s plenty of regular paper here Dima. The look on his face when I was trying to describe the difference was priceless!

Yep, she thinks I am strange because I like to open the house up during the day, but lock up the front of the house tight at night. I live in town with two ankle biter dogs who are often comatose on the couch until the doorbell rings. they usually do save me from possums and racoons at night

Morning Club thanks to George for the second cup
I did bring another pot. I have the air on in the living room. Was up at 9 hour later then what has become the norm.
Suppose to get up to 80 today?

It’s sunny and 72 right now, a perfect summer day!

Should have seen me last night. I went to lock birds in for the night, Looked left at the pop door there was a rat looking at me. Had my CO2 pistol shot it 3 times hit two.
Damn thing ran outside I followed with a rake held it down calling for BF. He came in with the channel lock said I killed it, He picked it up took it out.. It was one of the bigger ones.
