Both of my shoulders need repair. The left more so than the right. After seeing my grandson deal with shoulder surgery, I decided that my shoulders are fine just as they are.

Glad you are up and about, just don't overdo.

Sometimes getting started is the hardest part.

The weather makes such a big difference in how you get started.

I know I would do a lot more if the temperature and humidity were not so high.
