Good morning one and all!

Tea is ready, have a cup, sit awhile, and chat.

Was very busy yesterday, as they were installing my new counter tops.

Had to have a plumber to disconnect the garbage disposal and water to the tune of $185.00.

If I wanted the plumber to wait till the sink was in place it was going to cost me $225.00 an hour -- I don't think so.

The best part was to come back another day was going to cost me $395.00.

I am going to try to find someone else to install the faucet and garbage disposal.

Good morning! Hot black coffee here! I’ve got milk and a spice cabinet if anyone wants to contaminate a cuppa. But no judgement here

Morning No flavors on the coffee here but all are allowed gang.
I cannot use flavor stuff tweaks my stomach awful
Use half and half

I've brewed another fresh unadulterated pot. Worked a dog, mowed the back lawn, got and planted 5 mums and also got 3 for the deck. About to go back to the club and exercise a couple of old timers - dogs that is.
