Thanks, i have quite a few of them running. Also have 5 gallon nipple buckets with aquarium heaters in them, plugged into a thermal cube so they only come on when it's cold.
My stock tanks that i use for water sources when the hoses are frozen, have either a heater or air bubblers.

I just found out that the second heater that I have going in the bachelor coop is working so well that it's evaporating the water out of it. I've put my fingers in the water and it's warm but not hot. Bet those roosters really appreciate a warm drink of water on mornings like this.

I may have to think about doing that with my stock tank. I wouldn't do it in January but February when things are starting to thaw may be doable to put a stock tank heater in it to keep it thawed and let the run off from the barn roof save me some steps.

Of course it’s decadent! Chocolate comes with caffeine! :gig Yeah that chicory coffee…I remember sometime in the 70’s there was an issue with coffee. It got terribly expensive and there was at least one company offering a workaround. I remember it being mostly bitter, not exactly coffee though.
Yeah, I know. I also told the doctors that I would give up caffeine in my coffee and iced tea but they would pry a Hershey bar from my dead lifeless hand.

They said fair enough.
