I am alright, thanks for asking. I caught myself with my hands. My hands hurt for a while and a little stiff for a bit.
I slept wrong on my left hip have been gimp all day long..

YAY! Capricorfarm! Join the party!

@sourland. Sooner or later that Chorus starts to sing so loud you just can't ignore it..unfortunately.

My first foray into the wonders of free ranging ended with two missing roosters and one in the hospital pen beat up by the cattle dogs. Like I just told Penny, What can I say, I have really stupid roosters.

One missing is my oldest surviving rooster, Old Man who I let out by mistake. He had me chasing him through the neighbors timber across the road for over 30 minutes before I gave up and said, you want freedom, well buddy you got it!

Thought he and another older roo would show up at dusk but neither did. So they are listed as MIA unless they decide to wander in tomorrow.

Good morning everyone :frow Coffee is ready ☕

Catching myself with my hands is how I ended up with a broken wrist 😞

For fun, some years ago, my husband set up our game camera so it was facing the route we take to the bathroom during the night and turned it on when we went to bed.

The next day we looked at the pictures of us stumbling our way to the bathroom during the night and split a gut laughing. We looked like two zombies staggering around.
Oh, man... :lau

Yeah, me too.

Today is supposed to be the nice day of the week; dry, mild. So damn the sore muscles, full steam ahead. I got a fair amount done yesterday, but it made me see how much there is to do still.

I can still do (almost) everything, I just do it more slowly. No more "garden sprints" of weeding, now it's a marathon.

I still feel my wrist, especially when weather changes.

Yup, me too.

I was wondering if I'd ever see the palm of my hand without using a mirror. But it healed about 98%, so sometimes I kiss my palm, just because I can, and tell it, "Thank you."
