SUN! Wow! What a concept! After two days of rain now we get to dry out before the next round of rain moves in.

Morning everyone! I’ve got a pot ready! Yesterday my sister noticed her neighbors chickens squawking and flapping. She went over to check and said there was “something” in the run with a chicken in its mouth. She yelled, banged on the fence and it dropped the chicken and ran off. Bil went to find the neighbor and sister finished unloading the car.
In that little bit of time the animal came back and killed 5 of the 7 chickens. Neighbor did catch it however and said it was a mink. I have been dreading having one of those show up!
