We're good, penny - spent about 3.5 hours at the club and worked 3 dogs. It's not a real pleasant sort of day with intermittent showers and wind.

We have had the drizzle stop sun is out now I did a banana pudding for the first time .. First time did not read the recipe all through .. Second turned out great.

DH was splitting some logs and found some termite maggots. I spent the better part of an hour digging out as many as I could for the chickens. I'm sure there are still plenty in the log chunks, so I'll work on them some more another day.

(Rubbing hands together with glee, thinking of chickens eating those #@%& things!)

I can't figure out how earthworms get into the stock tank. It's crazy!

I can't figure out how they wind up in the middle of a solid concrete shop floor either but they do.

I've found some pretty interesting stuff in my stock tank, such as frogs but I have to admit, never worms.

Chicken eggs on lock down, now the waiting starts.

I had a hot coffee with 3 hazelnut creamers at my local diner this morning. I went for their amazing Saturday-only chicken and waffles, but the coffee was unexpectedly good!
