Cold , clear, no wind - no problem. Wind is my least favorite weather form. Fresh pot is ready for a warm/pick me up.

Cold and clear they say we break the old record of no rain in November here. going on 18 days.

Good morning! I finally dragged the bones downstairs! I had another fall yesterday, I wasn’t sure I’d be Walking under my own steam this morning. DH had left and I decided to do some cleaning. I had shaken some rugs out and stepped back into the house right onto a cleaning cloth which sent me flying and flapping! I think my problem is I think I can still move like a young person but the feet and the rest just don’t respond, causing lots of flying and flapping. So far I’ve been lucky not to break anything.

I fell recently too, trying to catch a rooster. Seems like if my foot hooks on anything, down i go! I have been lucky not to break anything either.

Got his sutures out with butterflies on the incision.

Then we had lunch.

I had an afternoon appointment with the ENT.

Then we headed home.

65 clear 89% humidity feels like 66 rain 3%.

You need to be very careful with the falling.

Fortunately I have terrible heartburn so I've taken so many Tums the past few months my bones are probably harder than the hubs of hell! I have a little bit of blubber so I haven't broken a hip, but I've been grateful I haven't broken an arm falling on it! Yeah I have to walk slower I suppose.
