After a week of 60's, it is snowing today. Such is New Mexico weather.

Dealing with a sick dog. Nothing like the sound of retching at 4:00 a.m. and subsequent carpet cleanup. She's at the vet now as this digestive thing (hemorrhagic both ends) has been going on intermittently for months and getting more frequent. Very frustrating.

Anyway, enjoying a warm mug and enjoying the swirling snow. Kind of cozy....

Today's recent X-rays have revealed a tumor or enlarged lymph node or something up in her intestines. Not attached to the spleen, thankfully. Next step will be ultrasound-guided needle biopsy. She has also always been fat-sensitive, so perhaps a touch of pancreatitis on top of her colitis. So much fun! However, her bloodwork and physical condition is "excellent" according to the vet.
