That sounds like a great recipe. How do you make English muffins from pizza dough?

Have the size in rounds so it rises nice then cut like you would them.
More like bread and they are brushed with butter after baking like a roll.
it is the size but not a english muffin proper.

Tested positive for Covid this weekend. Other than the headache, it is VERY manageable. I will say liquid Motrin with a coffee chaser works wonders in that regard.

Sorry to hear you have Covid, but I am definitely going to be trying liquid motrin with a coffee chaser the next time i’m sick! Really, anything with a coffee chaser sounds pretty good.

Good morning club! It looks like 2 nice days in a row! Yesterday I tilled my veggie garden and DH unloaded the greenhouse. I can't believe how much "stuff" it accumulates! The blackberries, bindweed and a hop vine all think it's a great place to come right up through the floor so clearly we need another plan.
