I wish we could have a few cool days. Even when it rains, it is still hot here. Any time of the day or night. Raining or not.

I remember the heat being so hot when we lived in Richmond.

The humidity was and sounds like it hasn't stopped being the culprit.

Yes, the marine layer is a nice change.
I'm told that hot inland temperatures pull that layer in off the ocean.

Cool and damp today. High of 64. Great day for working outside, as most of the bugs were less active. I still ended up damp from sweat and misty rain.

My chicks wanted to sit on my lap. Their feet were chilly, so I think they wanted to warm them up on momma.
