Hate it when that happens. We opt for putting it in a ziplock and freezing at that point...or deciding what pasta is for dinner...or thinking about Sunday pot roast.
One of the most happy kitchen sounds is that Tink! Tink! Tink! of canning gone right.

That is how I did Pizza have 1 quart that did not seal either so you spaghetti will be had one night too.

Good morning! Thanks for the coffee! I hope it’s not too wet/dry, hot/cold for everyone today! It seems like most are dealing with extremes! It’s very dry here in the PNW but I can’t complain. I’ve still got water for making coffee!

We do have priorities.
