Can you give me some names/brands? I see several on the shelves at the store, but would prefer a personal recommendation.

Celestial Seasons Chamomile tea. Anything with Chamomile in it will help you relax and sleep.

My pleasure, @pennyJo1960. I had a lot of fun making them and more fun making them for my little sis. If I had more time they would have been beaded out. Maybe sometime in the future?

It hasn't quite hit 30 yet here. Pacific storm front blew all the cold in but no precip. Tomorrow morning slated to be our coldest yet of this snap.
A nice mug of coffee as a handwarmer is nice!
