How are you feeling today?

I did pretty good yesterday. washed pots and pans and dragged out the water bath canner and got that cleaned up, found my recipe and canned a jar of berry pie filling. I only did one because I’m going to bake it in a pie tomorrow to see how it tastes. I suspect it’s a little bland. I wrote this out last night and forgot to send it.

Good morning and thanks for the coffee. Putting some fertilizer on the yard today in anticipation of the rain that's supposed to come in tonight and tomorrow.

Already got that rain I was looking for. Hard, driving rain, almost horizontal from the east. We don't get much weather from the east.

We have had no rain of anything since June.
