I’m doing pretty well PennyJo, blood sugar running a little high but I can bring that down today I think. I fed my PennyJo starter And also fed my kefir grains. Those I had put in the freezer so we’ll see how that worked. I wish sourdough bread was the cure for diabetes! Hope Richard is doing well, he just saw his doc recently didn’t he?
