I hate Starbucks also, I think it tastes like burnt tires. When I buy beans I usually buy Sumatran or Java. I like a medium roast, and full flavor.

I think we're long-lost twins!

Java's really nice for cheap but decent-tasting medium roasts. I don't think I can get Sumatran in my area, but it sounds like a lot of people like it.

I like to grind my own beans in a Hario hand-grinder in the morning. The smell-! Yum. Then I French-press it.
