What are you using to grind?  I love my Capresso Conical Burr grinder.  Made a real difference!

Never heard of it before is it just a grinder?

Conical burr grinders make the coffee grinds very uniformly ground.

We asked and asked what was best, that one was recommended again and again.

Good coffee grinders are expensive but worth it if you like a good result.

A common mistake in coffee houses, especially when the owner is absent, is grinding hours worth of coffee in one hit. We grind only what's needed at the the time and the difference speaks for itself.

No argument there fresh ground coffee is better speaking of I think I'll go make some
