ugh migraine from hello this morning dont know how long I can sit here.

Good morning to you! Its dreary & raining here right now. I don't know if I'll work today or not.

Sitting here drinking coffee and reading all the posts has certainly become a great way to start my morning. I use to sit and read the newpaper but since the Detroit Free Press has cut home delivery I don't bother and have found that BYC fills my morning wake up session quite well.

It's been a busy morning, canned 36 pints of green beans and 14 quarts of tomato juice. Going to make bread and butter pickles this PM. Shoot, I'm startin' to sound like I'd make a good wife.

The days sure are getting shorter

. Wasn't too long ago that I'd be outside opening the coop right now. Now it's still so dark out there that the roosters aren't even crowing yet.

Good morning Shelleyb. Good morning everyone. It sure cooled down overnight here. It was warm and summery, now it is coooool! We just got back from Cape Cod. I love the beach, we had great weather, so I am not going to complain about today's weather. All I am going to be doing is putting everything we took on vacation away and doing laundry anyways. Oh and if it doesn't rain lots of yard work!! Got to go get my coffee.
