Cold eggs

Pics
I’ve noticed that when my eggs have been out in the frigid temperatures before I can get them they seem to have a watery texture around the white of the egg. Just a slight difference. I leave them out of the fridge and eat them first. I only refrigerate my eggs if I have more than I could eat in a couple weeks. This time of year I get so few that I cherish the ones I get. If the egg freezes and the shells crack or break I don’t eat those because bacteria could get in.

I've been feeding the suspect frozen eggs back to the chickens. I let them thaw then cook them up. Shells go back to them too. Some do get cold so I have been putting them in the fridge. I like the idea of leaving them out and eat them first. I just wish there was a way to know for sure when they freeze or have hairline cracks.
